The tenth edition of the international fair MAPIC was celebrated
from 17-19 November 2004, in Cannes, France at Palais des
Festivals.
With more than 6.000 participants from 52 countries and an
exhibition area of over 10.000 m2, MAPIC is the
most important international event for retail real estate
players, offering an incredible exposure in just 3 days.
Attending MAPIC for the 3rd time, EMCT showcased its portfolio
of new schemes in Bucharest (Baneasa
Mall, Sun
Plaza and Retail
Park) and achieved / ongoing projects in the province
(Carrefour Brasov Shopping Center,
Carrefour Ploiesti
Shopping Center and Siret
Plaza Galati). The key event of EMCT’s presence
in MAPIC 04 was the launching cocktail of the biggest Mall
in Romania, Baneasa Mall, spreading on 105.000 m2
in the North side of Bucharest.
MIPIM is the key international real estate event, bringing together
decision-makers, investors and end-users from throughout the
sector.
MIPIM 15th anniversary will be celebrated in Cannes, at the
Palais des Festivals, from 9 to 12 March 2004, expecting more
than 4.000 investors and end users attending the event and over
62 countries, demonstrating that MIPIM has truly become THE
reference point of the real estate industry and cross-border
investment.
Our company will attend the 2004 event, with a portfolio including
already launched projects as Baneasa Commercial Center, Lakeview
