Participation at the International Property Market - MIPIM
2004
Our company will attend the 2004 event, with a portfolio including
already launched projects as Baneasa Commercial Center, Lakeview
Shopping Center and Retail Park. MIPIM 15th anniversary will
be celebrated in Cannes, at the Palais des Festivals, from
9 to 12 March 2004, expecting more than 4.000 investors and
end users attending the event and over 62 countries, demonstrating
that MIPIM has truly become THE reference point of the real
estate industry and cross-border investment.

Our company participated for the 2nd time in Cannes, France
at the International Market for Retail Real Estate - MAPIC
2003.
With a total of 5.827 participants and a record number of
1.404 exhibitors among which 100 newcomers, MAPIC 2003 was
the largest international showcase event for the 2003 retail
real estate sector. Our company, whose profile keywords were
"developer" and "Romania" acknowledged
an increase in its image by the launching of 3 new projects:
Baneasa Commercial Center, Lakeview Shopping Center and Retail
Park and the presentation of other important projects already
achieved or ongoing: Altex, Carrefour Colentina Commercial
Center and Carrefour Brasov Commercial Center.
